Chapter 4 in A Complexity Approach to Sustainability:Theory and Application, 2017, pp 165-248 from World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte. Ltd.
Abstract:
In previous chapters, we have discussed some of the theoretical and methodological complexity management considerations that are fundamental to the task of creating societies and organizations which are more sustainable. In this chapter, we explore in more detail how these ideas can be, and in fact have been, used to change the way businesses function in the interests of sustainability.
