Abstract:
The external vectors enable us to characterise the external environment which can shape the features of a product. The internal vectors describe the variables we can shape when designing and building a product. Launching any new product involves making judgements on the trade-offs between external and internal vectors: the composite vectors describe these trade-offs. Figure 1 provides an overview of the composite vectors.
