Abstract:
This chapter looks to the developing literature on the role of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and reviews how an Irish university adopted LSS to support a Continuous Improvement (CI) Initiative. As such it reports on the key learning points arising from the initial steps taken by this university on its CI journey.
