Abstract:
The majority of those with surplus fund will purchase stocks or bonds on the capital market, while those with a shortage of funds will issue bonds or stocks on the capital market to raise funds. Thus, capital market is one of the most important parts of a modern financial system, and it relates to individuals, enterprises, and governments closely. In this chapter, we will introduce capital market fundamentals.
