Abstract:
In chapter two, I discussed how David Chiem’s vision to revolutionize education is becoming a global reality. In this chapter, I will examine how he has effectively shared his vision and infused it purposefully into the MindChamps culture. A colleague of mine, leadership speaker and psychologist Dr Terry Paulson, notes that the difference between leadership “vision and a hallucination is how many people see it”. In other words, if you are the only one in your organization following your leadership vision, you are hallucinating.
