Abstract: Monitoring a CBHI scheme is an essential task as it highlights the achievements and challenges of the scheme. This information is essential both for existing members and for prospective participants. We have developed several KPIs to monitor the performance of the CBHI schemes, and we discuss their implications in this chapter.
