Abstract: Thus far, we have considered the tumultuous environmental and social problems brought on by the unplanned expansion of the first Industrial Revolution. We are becoming aware that the opportunity for a high quality of life is diminishing with each passing generation. Fortunately, we have also learned that a groundswell reform of business and our communities are now coalescing and engaging in these fundamental problems. A case was made that supports the wisdom of emulating natural world industrial strategies in our new design plan for human industry around the globe. Profitable, nourishing, and community-supporting industry is our goal and we can use the various tools and methods suggested in earlier chapters to facilitate meaningful systemic organizational change…
