Abstract: It is not easy to rapidly, relatively and accurately judge the culture construction of a hospital. For over 500 indicators to be investigated objectively, accurately and quickly, it is vital to objectively evaluate culture types of the hospital and propose feasible improvement measures and overall solutions.
