Abstract: The problems of sustainable business development for each organization are among the most significant in today’s economy. Despite numerous publications on this topic, clear strategies for sustainable business development and the specific specialists responsible for ensuring it have yet to be identified. The concept of making it possible to guarantee sustainable business development can be called the concept of business analysis, which implements the data-driven decision-making approach. The conducted research confirms that if an organization uses the capabilities of business analysis and is flexible, it responds to the current challenges 13 times faster than competitors. Thus, this organization is guaranteed to be the best in its class and sustainable. The research examines the features and possibilities of business analysis in taking on the challenges of the VUCA world, allowing an organization to better navigate an unpredictable business environment, respond to changes better and faster, and ensure the company’s sustainability.
