Abstract: COVID-19 pandemic had hit humankind in the most atrocious manner, bringing about notable health and lifestyle changes. The world was at a crossroads, and India was facing a humanitarian crisis. As we move past this crisis and begin to enter a new normal, organizations are facing new challenges and realities. An organization’s culture will make or break its ability to be resilient and rebound, following the pandemic crisis. This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance under the situation of COVID-19 and handling the new normal. This study is an individual empirical attempt to provide evidences of the relationship between the concepts. Further, the data collection was done by sending a self-administered Google Form to the working employees of the Jammu region of the union territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Convenient sampling technique was used to select the participants, and a total of 166 respondents filled out the Google Form. The findings accomplished the objective of the current study. The model was devised on the basis of a literature review and revealed that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and employee performance. Furthermore, this study is important and timely, as it provides an immense contribution to the field in the post-COVID-19 situation, providing insights and enhancing scholars’ and practitioners’ understanding of how organizational culture improves employee performance. Lastly, the study also tries to provide an insight into practical and theoretical implications for organizations and employees, which will facilitate further strategy formulation in the post-COVID-19 situation.
