Abstract: In recent decades, global temperatures have exhibited a warming trend, a phenomenon predominantly attributed to excess anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions, as underscored by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change report (IPCC, 2014). Scientists and international associations have been appealing for the control of global warming by reducing the emissions of greenhouse gases, which has led to much research in the area of climate change. Understanding the scientific mechanisms and economic consequences of global warming, including its impacts on agriculture, public health, sea level rise, ocean acidification, hurricane intensification, and ecosystem losses, has become a focal point in economic research (Nordhaus, 2013)…
