Abstract:
AbstractThis empirical study investigates the impact of HRM practices on organizational learning process. Based on the data obtained through a questionnaire survey of 606 employees from 18 Thai corporations in various sectors, it is found that HRM practices namely recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal, as well as reward and recognition are a strong enabling driver that enhances the climate of organizational learning. The results of this study pinpoint that HRM practices can be more effectively utilized to help shape the way people behave and interact in organizational learning process during the time of change.
