Abstract: AbstractThe aim of this article is to present a case study of a Brazilian company on which it was developed a knowledge portal linked to some motivating mechanisms and the total decentralization on the creation, dissemination and sharing of knowledge processes. The developed activities, used mechanisms, defined indicators, as well as the achieved results will be presented here.
