Abstract:
AbstractSix Sigma is a methodology that drives process improvement. It relies heavily on data analysis and statistical tools. Minitab statistical software progresses Six Sigma initiatives through its easy-to-use interface and informative results. This paper discusses a few applications of statistical tools in a variety of Six Sigma projects from the service industry.
