Abstract: AbstractThis paper summarizes the results of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach that involves seven experts in the field of Supply Chain Management (SCM) from the perspectives of Hong Kong manufacturing firms. This study can provide fundamental elements to develop a self-assessment system for evaluating and improving the performance of Hong Kong manufacturers on SCM implementation.
