Abstract: AbstractPricewaterhouseCoopers’ internal strategy for Knowledge Management represents a consolidation of external best practices and internal experiences. This strategy focuses on the development and implementation of an environment which facilitates, supports and increases the codification and sharing of explicit and tacit knowledge. The author’s research examines how PwC’s KM activities can ensure that the aspects of knowledge “Hallways,” as defined by Nancy Dixon, will increase the collective knowledge within the firm.
