AbstractThis chapter aims to shed light on main aspects of society and management in Iran. Iran represents a major regional player that has gained a growing geopolitical and economic importance over the course of past decade. Understanding Iranian business requires a holistic approach as in Iran religion, society, culture, economy, politics, and family are intimately intertwined.
