Chapter 17 in New Frontiers of Decision Making for the Information Technology Era, 2000, pp 304-330 from World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte. Ltd.

Abstract: AbstractMultiple criteria and multiple constraint level linear programming (MC2LP) is an extension of linear programming (LP) and multiple criteria linear programming (MCLP). While LP has successfully handled decision problems with a single criterion (objective) and a single (fixed) resource availability level, MCLP has effectively studied trade-offs in multiple criteria decision problems. Both, however, lack flexibility in dealing with decision problems in which constraints have multiple resource availability levels. (MC2LP) is a tool that can solve such decision problems. This paper introduces concepts, formula, computer software, and applications of MC2LP. We hope it will be of interest to practitioners.
