AbstractThis paper briefly introduces the theory about supply chain, inventory management, and Jointly Managed Inventory (JMI). By a real-world case study, it discusses the status analysis, implement strategy and result evaluate of Jointly Managed Inventory (JMI) model about cigarette assistant material management in Shanghai Tobacco CORP.
