Abstract:
AbstractMathematics is an important that for modeling, analysis, and evaluation of several branches of business and information management. The main goal of this chapter is to introduce fast but informative revision of some concepts of applied maths. Several topics have been discussed, such as optimization theory (single and multi-objectives), estimation theory and game theory. These topics have been selected because of their influence in business management. Moreover, several examples are given to clarify some important principle.
