Abstract:
AbstractSupply chain information is crucial in supporting supply chain management (SCM) and decision making. Computer simulation is an applicable approach for modeling supply chain system, which includes a great deal of complicated and uncertain elements. This chapter focuses on introducing a simulation approach to model supply chain business processes, especially information flow, material flow and capital flow, and explaining how to use simulation results to support supply chain decisions.
