Abstract:
AbstractThis chapter looks at various types of e-business, including B2C, B2B, C2C, Blogs, Wikis, Social Networks, and Mobile Business. The emphasis of this chapter is on two most dominating e-business types: B2C and B2B. B2C e-business is presented from the aspects of e-tailing, online services provision, online B2C payment systems and Internet marketing. Dimensions of B2B e-business discussed in this chapter include types of B2B e-business, online payment systems for B2B e-business, and B2B e-business for managing supply chains.
