Abstract:
Qingdao Bright Moon Group (BMG) a high-tech enterprise which uses kelp as raw material, is the world’s largest seaweed biological product enterprise. This chapter mainly describes BMG’s two important transformation stages through the modes of technological innovation and Internet + innovation, realizing the upstream and downstream industry chain extensions.
