Abstract: The following sections are included:This chapter describes a cheaper and faster method to derive quantitative estimates of health care events through qualitative approaches.Intervention involved small group discussions with 18 women’s and 17 men’s groups, and a household survey conducted in 50 villages with 1,000 randomly selected households (6,656 individuals).The IM method of sourcing local data represented a reduction of 59% in work-days, implying lesser time and costs when compared to a household survey.
