Abstract: In this chapter, we present some abstracts of interviews we have conducted with the most senior executives (president, vice-president, managing director, and plant directors of several Japanese companies (Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi) in Japan, UK, Thailand, Australia, and India. In order not to identify their name and ranks, we provide below the transcripts of the interviews without indicating any names, or ranks, or companies.
