Chapter 10 in Digital Enablement and Innovation in China:A Casebook, 2019, pp 67-73 from World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte. Ltd.

Abstract: With the “Internet Plus” era approaching and the publication of the Measures for Electronic Tendering and Bidding by Chinese government, the battlefield of the bidding industry has gradually shifted from offline platform to online platform. As the leading B2B e-bidding procurement service provider in China, the e-bidding division of Shanghai Hui Zhao Information Technology Co. Ltd. has developed quickly by following the trend of Internet in recent years. It has accomplished many whole-process e-bidding and e-tendering projects at one stroke, gained leadership position among all the platforms certified by the country, and won lots of important awards. The market share of e-bidding is also significantly ahead of the industry second. At present, the whole-process procurement online platform offered by e-bidding has already been able to help enterprises to achieve “Internet Plus” in the entire process of purchasing transaction, completely bidding farewell to the era of paper files.
