Abstract:
To begin with, every case should include a standard footnote on the first page that may read as follows: This case was written by Professor XXX and XXX at the XXX University. The case was prepared solely to provide material for class discussion. The authors do not intend to illustrate either effective or ineffective handling of a managerial situation. The authors may have disguised certain names and other identifying information to protect confidentiality. Along with this disclaimer, you should also include in the footnote the version (date published) of the case, and the name of the copyright holder.
