AbstractIn this final part of our trilogy on value capture, let us recall that value capture involves a complete understanding of the network of the analyzed company and a redesign of activities to increase margins and as a consequence capture value. I call this the “value capture trilogy”, since we have three major ways of carrying out this strategy. The first way, discussed in the first part, involves reducing costs.
