Chapter Seventeen: Recommendations
Benoit Vermander
Chapter 17 in Corporate Social Responsibility in China:A Vision, an Assessment and a Blueprint, 2014, pp 301-312 from World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte. Ltd.
Abstract:
CSR should be understood and implemented not only as a specific dimension of the corporate strategy but also — and more importantly — as an internal driving force nurtured by the contribution of the individual team members of the corporation. The objective of these recommendations is to foster, in the Chinese context, the emergence of a self-adapting CSR engine capable of delivering better insights for tackling corporate and developmental challenges.
