He completed his doctorate degree on Educational Management at the University of St La Salle in Bacolod City. He was conferred an Honorary Doctorate in Humane Letters(honoris causa) by La Salle University in Philadelphia, USA. A true-blue Lasallian, he has now pledged to see to the education concerns of every Filipino child…
