FURTHER DISCUSSIONS ON THE PROPERTY MARKETS AND HOUSING POLICIES IN ASIA
Sau-Leung PAUL Yip
Chapter 5 in From the Global Financial Tsunami to the Property Bubbles in Asia:The Need for a New Discipline on Macroeconomic Management, 2019, pp 135-152 from World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte. Ltd.
Abstract:
In Chapter 1 (and Yip, 2011), the author has provided the basic theoretical framework on the property markets and housing policies in China and the other Asian economies. In this chapter, he will do further follow-up discussions which are not yet addressed. While these discussions could still be preliminary thoughts, they are so important that it is worthwhile for him to write it down for further follow-up research.
