Abstract:
The dollar-based international monetary system, which has failed to adapt to changes in the world economy, has become the single most important cause of the current problems in the international financial system, and urgent reform is called for (Li Ruogu, 1986, 2002, 2008). Reform proposals put forward fall into the following four categories.
