Chapter 2 in Project Risk Analysis Made Ridiculously Simple, 2017, pp 21-32 from World Scientific Publishing Co. Pte. Ltd.
Abstract:
In this chapter, we will discuss the basic processes of project risk management. Although this book is focused on project risk analysis, which is one component of project risk management, it is important to understand the associated processes of risk identification and communication as they are used as the inputs and outputs of the project risk analysis. These processes require an understanding of how to identify risks including probabilities and impacts, the roles or risk reviews, risk audit, and risk commission.
