Russia’s strengths lie in its depth of fundamental research, a high standard of scientific training, and the development of unique competencies. The research examines the current state of technological cooperation between Russia and China. The author identified the main opportunities for technology exchange and assessed the possibilities for developing and strengthening the technological sovereignty of the Russian Federation. Current realities and global challenges require the search for new points of partnership. Several specific examples are given where technological exchange has already been successfully carried out. In conclusion, the potential opportunities for cooperation are evaluated and highlighted.
