It is proposed that internal business processes be analyzed and implemented based on indicators of the interdependence of external and internal results that are important for shareholders. Focusing on indicators that reflect the true state of the business and its financial stability, the author developed a model to compare the company’s results with competitor data and industry best practices. Next, the author provided recommendations for optimizing the systematization of indicators, which ensure effective management and control. This approach increases the transparency of business processes and their efficiency, which, in turn, affects the company’s results and the satisfaction of shareholders.
