Abstract:
This research aims to uncover opportunities for refining the management approach of Entrepreneurial Universities 5.0 to maximize their contribution to the sustainable development of science and higher education amid the Fifth Industrial Revolution. The research leverages the cutting-edge international experiences of the top 15 countries that are global leaders in cultivating the knowledge economy under the conditions of the Fifth Industrial Revolution. Consequently, an econometric model of sustainable development for science and higher education was developed, revealing previously unknown causal relationships in the management of Entrepreneurial Universities 5.0 within leading knowledge economies. Drawing on this model, the author concludes that the creation of ICT innovations and the registration of their rights as intellectual property are pivotal for the sustainable development of the science and higher education system. These practices should serve as the cornerstone of managerial strategies in administering Entrepreneurial Universities 5.0. The identified perspectives and proposed recommendations for the sustainable development of science and higher education in Armenia and Kyrgyzstan provide clear managerial guidelines and outline specific target outcomes. This allows for the optimal adjustment of the managerial framework of Entrepreneurial Universities 5.0, highlighting the empirical value of the findings. The scientific and methodological innovations will make it possible to modernize management practices for Entrepreneurial Universities 5.0, ensuring that their potential to support the sustainable development of science and higher education is fully realized within the context of the Fifth Industrial Revolution during the Decade of Action (up to 2030).
