Abstract: While various AI technologies have existed for decades they have largely remained invisible. However, with the public release of ChatGPT, a large audience began to engage with and experience the remarkable capabilities of AI. This moment marked a significant milestone for AI, captivating consumers worldwide. People utilize GenAI to summarize documents, draft agreements, take minutes during meetings, code software, and translate text. Although the adoption of GenAI in the consumer market has been rapid, its use in the corporate sector is somewhat more cautious. While consumers interact with chatbots in a playful manner and are forgiving of errors, concerns about quality, data privacy, and ROI in the business sector hinder the rapid deployment of AI technologies…
