Abstract:
The subject of this research is the market for educational services in Russia, which represents a multi-level complex system. Legal approaches to distinguishing educational levels and those established in Russian society were analyzed, forming the basis for comparing segments of the educational services market by their substantive essence and the nature of the services provided. Additionally, a comparison was made of the identified segments in relation to the development cycle of an individual as the recipient of educational services. The outcome of this scientific exploration is the visualization of the author’s perspective on the structure of the educational services market and recommendations for the formation of a marketing and communication framework for the participants in this market. This will enable the establishment of partnerships that guide clients from one level or block of education to another while reducing client acquisition costs and creating a trajectory for individuals from basic education to higher levels. Such an approach will enhance awareness in choosing a future profession, define the direction for professional and personal development, and strengthen the country’s economy by forming a workforce more satisfied with their professional choices. This will result in reduced employee turnover and improved performance of labor duties by the working population of the state.
