Abstract:
Topics: Financial Markets, Jurisprudence of Financial Transactions, Exchange Rates. The origin of the book: A scientific thesis submitted to obtain a master's degree in Comparative Jurisprudence from Qassim University. The book consists of an introduction, which included several topics including: the importance of the subject, the reasons for selecting the researcher, the researcher's approach to writing, and his plan in preparing the research. A prelude, two chapters and a conclusion. موضوعات الكتاب الرئيسة: الأسواق المالية، فقه معاملات مالية، أسعار الصرف. أصل الكتاب: رسالة علمية مقدمة لنيل درجة الماجستير في الفقه المقارن من جامعة القصيم. يتكون الكتاب من مقدمة، اشتملت على عدة موضوعات منها: أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختيار الباحث له، ومنهج الباحث في الكتابة، وخطته في إعداد البحث. وتمهيد، وفصلين وخاتمة.
