Abstract: This review presents an analytical and thorough reading of the book al-Mu’assasah al-Iqtisadiyah al-Islamiyah wa Tamwiluha (The Islamic Economic Enterprise and its Financing) published by Dar Al-Huda, Ain Melilla, Algeria (pp.158) and authored by Issa Herash. The review has been divided into several sections, an introduction and concluding remarks. The introduction highlights the main theme of the book and highlights the importance of the topic that it treatises, and the core ideas that it addresses. The concluding remarks contain an overall view and few observations that can be taken into consideration in forthcoming editions. تقدم هذه المراجعة العلمية قراءة تحليلية لكتاب (المؤسسة الاقتصادية الإسلامية وتمويلها) لمؤلفه عيسى حيرش وهو كتاب صدر سنة 2013م، عرفنا من خلالها بالكتاب ومجمل محتوياته، مع استعراض أهم الأفكار التي طرحها المؤلف والتي من أهمها محاولة ضبط وتعريف المؤسسة الاقتصادية الإسلامية وتقسيماتها وكذا تحديد محفظة نشاطات الاقتصاديات الإسلامية، كما اقترح المؤلف مجموعة من المعايير المالية لتقييم المشروعات الاستثمارية الإسلامية. وقد تمت مناقشة بعض الأفكار المطروحة في الكتاب في ختام العرض مع تقييم إجمالي للكتاب من حيث إضافته في علوم المالية الإسلامية.
