Abstract: Laugmentation du niveau deducation na pas ameliore la productivite globale des travailleurs en Ethiopie. La sureducation est en hausse en Ethiopie. La politique de leducation doit passer de la quantite a la qualite. La transformation structurelle est fondamentale pour absorber le nombre croissant de diplomes. La coordination entre les institutions de formation et les industries doit etre renforcee pour attenuer linadequation de leducation.
