Abstract: The objective of this paper is to examine the potential impacts of crop insurance on farm economic structure using Nebraska agriculture sector data from 1980-1997. We estimate the system of input demand (output supply) equations including policy premium (policy indemnity) in order to examine the economic impacts of crop insurance.
