Alejandro Onofri, Lilyan Fulginiti and Walter Enders

No 21978, 2003 Annual meeting, July 27-30, Montreal, Canada from American Agricultural Economics Association (New Name 2008: Agricultural and Applied Economics Association)

Abstract: A dynamic model of productivity measurement that incorporates public goods is developed. Cointegration is used to estimate dynamic derived demands and economies of scale in US agriculture, 1948-1994. The impact of public inputs on the steady state stocks of private capital and their shadow prices are estimated.
