Charles Plummer and Shiva S. Makki

No 19950, 2004 Annual meeting, August 1-4, Denver, CO from American Agricultural Economics Association (New Name 2008: Agricultural and Applied Economics Association)

Abstract: This paper examines the globalization of the frozen potato industry, including the expansion of production and processing of potato products in the global market place, and future prospects for the industry. We find that developing countries with high income growth rates could be major growth markets for U.S. frozen potato products in the future.
