J. Michael Gorham and Anthony A. Prato

No 284521, 1974 Annual Meeting, August 18-21, College Station, Texas from American Agricultural Economics Association (New Name 2008: Agricultural and Applied Economics Association)

Abstract: Levels and changes in nutrient intake over four consecutive food recalls (1970-72) are computed and their relationship to 13 socioeconomic characteristics estimated by least-squares regression for a sample of 168 ENP homemakers in two Florida counties. Results indicate that most family characteristics do not significantly affect the level or changes in nutrient intake.
