Abstract: Among white, non aged nondisabled rural Wisconsin families, the farm poor and rural nonfarm (RNF) non poor do not get their proportional share of additional regional growth. Although the RNF poor and farm non poor respond somewhat to growth, additional regional growth appears to widen the income gap between urban and rural families.
