No 284023, 1975 Annual Meeting, August 10-13, Columbus, Ohio from American Agricultural Economics Association (New Name 2008: Agricultural and Applied Economics Association)

Abstract: The role of managerial coordination with respect to response to price changes has increased in the 1970's. This paper presents a representative farm organization analysis with emphasis on price changes that have-affected enterprises in the Southern Piedmont. Correct price expectations yield substantially higher profits and fewer beef animals.
