Abstract:
The educational process is often viewed as being primarily concerned with creating changes in the skill of the learner and/ or in the specific knowledge that the learner has about something. Such a viewpoint in the business management area, however, is grossly inadequate especially in adult education as other interests and concerns are also of considerable importance.
