Modeling country origin of Exported Soybeans in EC Destination Ports: A LOGIT Approach

Abstract:
This study models country origins of exported soybeans at EC destination ports in ~ LOGIT framework, with quality ~\ characteristics as explanatory variables. Results indicate that shipments with low oil yield and high FM, have a greater probability of being of US origin than South American origin .
