Some Viewpoints Concerning Agricultural Development

Our time is limited and agricultural development is a big and complicated subject, This being the case, I shall limit what I have to say to a brief discussion of three propositions and a set of suggested priorities for action, I shall be concerned primarily with the problem of increasing food production in developing countries, particularly those in which most of the cultivable land is already in use,
